Fine Dining Server - Part-time

About the role

Fine Dining Servers at Southern Hills Country Club deliver the unique Southern Hills experience to our members and guests who dine in our five year-round and two seasonal dining rooms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests in a fine dining setting.
• Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurate and promptly served.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper handling of credit card payments.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
• Fit with Southern Hills Country Club's core values is a must!
• Candidates must successfully undergo a background check and drug screen (excluding THC) prior to starting work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay

The pay for this position is $7.25/hour plus tips.

Schedule

Fine Dining Servers work Tuesday - Sunday 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (at least two shifts per week required including one weekend shift, but broader availability is preferred).
