Waterway has an immediate opportunity for a part‑time entry‑level Recruiting Associate on its hourly recruiting team. The role is the first point of contact for candidates applying to part‑time store operations positions, providing a first‑class candidate experience. You will work on a team that supports candidates across 30 locations in 5 markets, contacting, screening, and interviewing candidates while explaining position responsibilities, schedules, compensation and perks, answering questions, and scheduling store interviews.
