Role Overview

The position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff by hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
• Assist in developing departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Oversee patient care plans tailored to patient age and needs, ensuring proper documentation.
• Implement collaborative care strategies based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews, including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure departmental productivity aligns with leadership goals, conducting performance evaluations and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 2-5 years; preferred 5-10 years with supervisor experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN required.
