Part-Time Emergency Department Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data. The role includes hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff. Key Responsibilities Manage staffing, budget adherence, and operational goals.Develop and implement collaborative care plans tailored to patient age and needs.Supervise staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews, ensuring productivity and compliance.Ensure quality patient care and proper documentation according to policies.Support staff recruitment, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.Experience: 2-5 years for minimum, 5-10 years with preferred qualifications; supervisory experience is advantageous.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience such as Team Lead/Charge or ANM, and emergency medicine background.
