Part-Time Emergency Department Nurse Manager

Role Overview Coordinates patient care, manages personnel, maintains equipment, and oversees statistical data. Responsible for hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development. Participates in staffing, budget development, and ensures departmental operational goals are met. Provides and supervises patient care based on assessment and medical plans, ensuring documentation aligns with policies. Manages staff productivity, conducts performance reviews, and handles staffing needs, overtime, and disciplinary actions. Ensures quality care tailored to patient age and developmental needs to promote wellness. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree (required), Bachelor's Degree preferred2-5 years of experience, with supervisor experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Additional Preferred Requirements Team Lead/Charge or ANM experienceEmergency Medicine experience
