About the role

As an Educator, you will deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building, expanding school day learning in a meaningful way. You will organize program materials, document attendance and incidents, and maintain a safe, positive environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to ensure safety, well-being, and attention of all children.
• Support homework completion, lead fun fitness activities, and guide children at play.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements (e.g., CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test).

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on education and experience).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM and 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM.
