About the Role
We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead meal service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, onboarding, and coaching servers
- Maintaining dining room cleanliness and organization
- Monitoring service quality and resident satisfaction
- Collaborating with community leadership on resident needs and events
Requirements
- Prior service leadership experience (desired)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- ServSafe® Manager certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain within two weeks
Schedule
Primarily Monday-Friday, with additional hours for events and holidays.
