Part Time - Dining Room Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead meal service, ensure a high-quality dining experience, and support community operations.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, onboarding, and training servers in coordination with management
• Maintaining dining room cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
• Monitoring service quality to ensure resident and guest satisfaction
• Participating in community meetings and supporting resident needs and events

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Previous service leadership experience preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• ServSafe® Manager certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain within two weeks
