Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach servers
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
• Monitor service quality to ensure resident satisfaction
• Support community events and collaborate with team members
• Team development and maintaining service standards
• Support community engagement

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Prior service leadership experience (desired)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Food safety certifications such as ServSafe® Manager and Food Handlers permit (required or obtainable within specified timeframes)
