Part-Time Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our healthcare team, working closely with interdisciplinary staff to provide patient-centered nutritional care.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional status using the Nutrition Care Process and Terminology (NCPT).
• Identify nutritional diagnoses, perform physical examinations, and interpret results.
• Order and design nutrition care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy to patients, families, and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in dietetics, foods, and nutrition from an accredited institution.
• Completion of required dietetics coursework and supervised practice.
• Registration as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensing with the state of Oregon within six months of hire (mandatory).
• At least one year of experience in nutrition management and education for adults.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical settings and providing medical nutrition therapy (preferred).

Skills

• Knowledge of nutrition assessment and management of multiple disease states.
• Proficiency in adult education techniques.

Pay

• Pay range: $33.63 - $52.22 per hour.
