Part-Time Dialysis Nurse

Role Overview

This position involves providing patient care and supporting clinic operations under supervision, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role includes obtaining blood samples, reviewing patient medication profiles, and maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and communications. It requires effective use of supplies and staff labor, assisting with billing updates, and reporting patient condition changes or equipment issues. Participation in staff meetings, training, and continuing education is essential.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state
• CPR certification within 90 days
• Basic computer skills
• Prior dialysis experience is preferred
• Completion of an approved training program within 8 weeks is required
