About the Role
Provides patient care and operational support within a clinic setting, performing duties such as blood sample collection, medication profile reviews, and documentation of treatments and communications. Ensures adherence to healthcare practice standards, maintains accurate records, and reports patient condition changes.
Responsibilities
- Efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours
- Assist with billing logs and operational tasks
- Perform patient care duties under supervision, including blood draws and medication reviews
- Document treatments, activities, and communication thoroughly
- Report patient condition changes and equipment issues
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Previous dialysis experience preferred
- Completion of approved training program within 8 weeks of hire
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively
- Compliance with state practice requirements
