Part-Time Dialysis Nurse

About the Role

Provide patient care support in a clinical setting, ensuring efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours. Support patient care and operational needs under supervision, adhering to healthcare regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, including obtaining blood samples and reviewing medication profiles.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, activities, and communications.
• Report changes in patient condition and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with billing logs and operational tasks.
• Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and required training programs.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Previous dialysis experience preferred.
• Completion of an approved training program within 8 weeks, demonstrating competency.
• Strong communication skills in English, organizational ability, and good time management.
• Basic computer proficiency, including clinical applications within 90 days.
