About the Role
Provide patient care support in a clinical setting, ensuring efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours. Support patient care and operational needs under supervision, adhering to healthcare regulations and policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care, including obtaining blood samples and reviewing medication profiles.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, activities, and communications.
- Report changes in patient condition and equipment issues promptly.
- Assist with billing logs and operational tasks.
- Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and required training programs.
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Previous dialysis experience preferred.
- Completion of an approved training program within 8 weeks, demonstrating competency.
- Strong communication skills in English, organizational ability, and good time management.
- Basic computer proficiency, including clinical applications within 90 days.
