Part-Time Deli/Bakery Associate

About the role

This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to meet company standards and enhance customer experience. It contributes to the store's financial success while ensuring safety and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, package, and label bakery and deli items according to plans and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with rotating and dating products.
• Collaborate with other departments to support store growth.
• Notify managers about supply needs.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Perform tasks in other departments as required and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret documents.

Physical Requirements
