About the role
This role involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to support store operations and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Produce bakery and deli items according to production plans
- Label, merchandise, and rotate stock
- Collaborate with other departments to drive growth
- Communicate tasks effectively
- Adhere to safety, food safety, and guest service guidelines
- Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- At least one year of retail or related experience
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork orientation
- Safety consciousness
- Ability to interpret instructions
Physical requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in varied temperatures
