Part Time - Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking bakery and deli products to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role requires working independently and collaborating with team members to contribute to store growth and meet merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans.Package, label, and merchandise products following program guidelines.Stock backroom with fresh, rotated, and dated products.Communicate effectively with team members regarding tasks and supplies.Adhere to safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience standards.Assist other departments as needed to support customer needs.Notify management about inventory requirements. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.One year of retail or related experience preferred.Basic math skills and ability to interpret documents.Detail-oriented with good communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures.
