Part Time - Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to meet company standards and contribute to store profitability. It requires ensuring guest satisfaction, adhering to safety and food safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to support store growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce deli items based on production plans.Package, label, and merchandise deli products accordingly.Stock backroom with rotating and dated cases/buckets.Coordinate with other departments to achieve store growth.Notify management about product and supply needs.Follow safety, food safety, PPE, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines.Assist with tasks in other departments as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.One year of retail or related experience preferred.Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.Basic math skills and detail orientation.Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical tasks. Environment & Additional Info: The role involves working in varied temperatures within a retail setting, with exposure to outside weather and moderate noise levels.
