Part Time - Deli Associate

About the role

This position involves preparing, frying, packaging, and displaying deli products while ensuring safety, food quality, and guest satisfaction. The role requires working independently, following company guidelines, and collaborating with other departments to support store growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli products according to production plans
• Package, label, and merchandise deli items as instructed
• Stock and rotate backroom inventory, ensuring proper dating
• Communicate with team members about tasks, recipes, and cleaning procedures
• Maintain safety, food safety, and guest experience standards
• Assist with ordering supplies and perform tasks in other departments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
• Detail-oriented with good communication abilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and adapt to varied temperatures and environments. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
