Part Time - Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to support store profitability and enhance guest experience. It requires adherence to safety, food safety, and guest service standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce deli products according to planPackage, label, and merchandise products per merchandising expectationsStock backroom with rotated and dated deli itemsCollaborate with other departments to drive store growthNotify managers about supply needsFollow safety, food safety, and cleaning protocolsCommunicate tasks and procedures clearly to team membersPerform additional tasks as assigned based on customer needs Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferredAt least one year of retail or related experience preferredStrong reading, writing, comprehension, and mathematical skillsDetail-oriented with basic math proficiency Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The work environment includes varied temperatures and possible outdoor exposure, with noise levels from low to moderate.
