Part Time - Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to support store profitability and enhance guest experience. It ensures compliance with safety and food safety standards while meeting company guidelines for guest service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce deli products according to production plans.Package and label deli items per program specifications.Merchandise deli products following flight plans and merchandising expectations.Stock backroom with rotated and dated deli cases/buckets.Collaborate with other departments and stores to promote growth.Notify management when supplies need reordering.Perform basic math for recipe and inventory tasks.Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, measures, and cleaning steps to team members.Adhere to PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines.Assist in other departments as needed based on customer needs.Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.At least one year of retail or related experience preferred.Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in varied environments.
