About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build a genuine connection with customers by exceeding individual and store sales goals.
  • Embrace the store culture and brand, acting as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
  • Create memorable shopping experiences by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Cultivate loyal fans by authentically engaging and maintaining lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
  • Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Have the ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
  • Be at least 18 years old and able to provide identification and employment eligibility documentation.
  • Have a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and arriving on time.
  • A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred, with the potential to work up to 21 hours during peak weeks (up to 30 hours per week).
