Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a passion for the brand and the ability to build genuine connections with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• A consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Availability to work up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$15.00 per hour - $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
