About the role
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a genuine connection with customers and the ability to build brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
- Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members to embody Pandora’s values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours per week).
- Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay
- $14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience.
Schedule
