Responsibilities
- Build a genuine connection with fans by exceeding individual and store sales goals.
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Qualifications
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
- Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay
$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Schedule
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
