Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
• Part of the core staff who ensures reliable support for both our team and our fans.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), embrace full cross-training across store functions, and bring leadership potential by mentoring and supporting new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

• $14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

• Up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
