About the role
We are hiring a Line Cook to join our new location, responsible for preparing and plating dishes according to company standards, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Master menu items and follow recipes
- Communicate effectively with staff
- Maintain a safe workspace
- Assist team members as needed
Requirements
- At least two years of back-of-house experience
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Adherence to food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Valid Food Handlers card
- Positive attitude and physical endurance
- Willingness to adapt to menu and process changes
Pay
$15.55/hour base wage plus participation in a tip pool, with average earnings around $28.00/hour depending on business levels.
