Part-Time Contract Recruiter
About the role
This hybrid Part-Time Contract Recruiter position supports the talent acquisition efforts of a growing creative events and production firm in New York City. The role partners closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, managing full-cycle recruiting activities across various openings in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and process management
- Help drive an efficient and positive hiring experience
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-growth environment
- Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Experience with JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through are required
- Able to work a flexible hybrid schedule with onsite presence in New York City two days per week is required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, required
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required
- Experience managing candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer process support, required
- Experience recruiting within creative, production, agency, media, or project-based environments, preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-growth environment, required
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership, required
- Experience with JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, required
