About the role
Seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for home care services in Four Oak areas.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, and mouth care
- Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Administering basic nursing care and prescribed exercises
- Preparing meals considering client preferences and dietary needs
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Documenting care activities via electronic charting and EVV system
- Reporting changes in client condition and maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid TB skin test, criminal background check, and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Effective communication skills and physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and environments
