About the role
Providing home care services in Four Oak areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulation of patients
- Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing, shaving, and mouth care
- Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Maintain accurate electronic records and report changes in patient condition
- Follow the care plan strictly and uphold patient confidentiality and rights
- Use equipment such as blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes appropriately
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute using personal vehicle
- Current TB skin test, criminal background check, drug test, and certification in good standing
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication skills and physical ability to perform tasks including lifting
- Dependable, reliable, and compassionate attitude
