Role Overview
The Part-Time LCSW Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth counseling sessions, primarily in California, to support participants' mental health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a minimum of 15+ hours of direct care weekly
- Collaborate on treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings
- Advocate for participant needs
- Support clinical care with evidence-based techniques
- Contribute to communication efforts
- Handle escalations
- Stay informed on clinical advancements
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be a licensed LCSW practicing independently
- Comfortable with telehealth technology
- Capable of building therapeutic relationships virtually
- Experienced with diverse conditions
- Experience with children is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Access to necessary tech tools is a plus
