Part Time Clinical Therapist - LCSW

Role: The LCSW Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth mental health services remotely, primarily in California, to support participants' well-being and treatment goals. Responsibilities: Delivering 15+ hours of direct counseling weekly, developing treatment plans, collaborating with treatment teams, advocating for participants, and maintaining clinical documentation. They participate in team meetings, support clinical care improvements, and contribute to outreach efforts. Handling participant escalations and staying updated on clinical innovations are also key duties. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a fully licensed LCSW (independent practice), experienced with diverse conditions, and comfortable with telehealth technology. Strong virtual relationship-building skills, professionalism, and the ability to work remotely from a private location are essential. Experience with children and bilingual abilities are advantageous.
