Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual counseling sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinical teams
- Advocate for participants’ needs
- Support improvements in clinical care
- Engage in documentation and team meetings
- Participate in community outreach
- Serve as the first escalation point for participant concerns
- Stay updated on clinical advancements and best practices
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in California
- Experience with diverse clinical conditions; experience working with children preferred
- Proficiency in telehealth technology and digital tools
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting
- Maintain a professional virtual presence
- Strong clinical judgment
- Private, secure remote workspace with reliable internet and devices
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Key Duties
- Conduct 15+ hours of counseling weekly
- Participate in team and treatment planning meetings
- Create and maintain clinical documentation
- Advocate for participants’ needs
