About the role
Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a wide range of behavioral health presentations in children
- Use evidence-based interventions to support positive skill development
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health clinicians
- Engage in ongoing staff development and learning opportunities
Requirements
- Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
- 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
- Bilingual skills a plus
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in North Carolina
- Experience in treating behavioral health presentations in children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
