Part Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

About the role

Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of behavioral health presentations in children
• Use evidence-based interventions to support positive skill development
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health clinicians
• Engage in ongoing staff development and learning opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
• 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
• Bilingual skills a plus

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in North Carolina
• Experience in treating behavioral health presentations in children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
