Part-Time Clinical Nurse (Days/Nights)

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Promote a healing environment and educate patients/families on care needs.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
• Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
