Education/Training/Work Experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required
- Six months directly applicable experience preferred
- Communication and computer skills
- Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of specific computer software (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, etc.)
- Customer service experience
Required:
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team-oriented setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
