Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Works under the supervision of the Ticket Office Manager
• Provides information to patrons regarding performances and ticket policies
• Provides customer service in all aspects of the Ticket Office, including phones
• Utilizes Ticketmaster software to process ticket sales
• Maintains accuracy in financial transactions
• Affords assistance for patrons in emergency situations
• Accountable for transactions at his/her work station including cash handling
• Performs any related tasks as assigned
