Ticket Seller (Part-Time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sells tickets to guests using the Ticketmaster ticketing system.
• Uses Ticketmaster technology that automatically delivers the mobile tickets directly to the guest via email or mobile phone.
• Distributes Will Call tickets to guests.
• Accepts payment and makes change when appropriate.
• Answers incoming Box Office phone calls.
• Answers questions, and provides information concerning upcoming events.
• Prepares reconciliation of ticket sales at conclusion of each evening.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mental Requirements: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of Ticketmaster software.
• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
