Sales Representative - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Associate to join our part-time team. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others achieve financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction.
• Interact with clients and associates directly responsible for on an ongoing basis, providing support needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning to help clients and business owners progress financially.
• Develop customized financial plans that fit clients' unique needs and goals.
• Guide and support clients through various financial processes including budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Think creatively and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals to make a difference.

Requirements

• Customer service, leadership, and management backgrounds are preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• 18 years or older.
• A U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Not required to have prior financial experience.
• Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit!
• Desire to help people!
