Part Time Before and After School Site Program Manager -Weld RE-8 Area

About the role

The Part-Time Before and After School Site Program Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the before- and after-school programs located inside the Weld RE-8 schools. The program manager will oversee the implementation of daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits role model qualities, ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a team of staff members.
• Supports operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date.
• Outlines attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensures program tasks are completed effectively.
• Continually coaches, fosters respectful relationships among staff to address any challenges or issues promptly, to maintain team cohesion, and productivity.
• Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
• Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building.
• Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust.
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support the outlined program goals and assist in implementing changes or processes as guided.
• Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• One year of supervisory experience
• Verifiable education/experience
• REQUIRED-4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18; OR 5, 460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children
• Able to work M-F split shift
