Part Time Before and After School Site Program Manager -Weld County RE-3J Area

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Verifiable education/experience REQUIRED:
    • 4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.)
    • OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18
    • OR 5, 460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children

Qualifications

  • Able to work the split shift, Monday through Friday
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Pay

Starting at $25 per hour (based on education, years of licensed group childcare experience).

Schedule

Part-Time Position Details - Fall 2026 School Year: Before and After-School split-shift hours. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. Located in the Weld County School District Re-3J. Split-Shift Schedule: 6:00 am-8:30 am and return 2:30 pm-6:00 pm (may change slightly). Must be able to work the split-shift position Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
