Part Time Before and After School Site Program Manager -Weld County RE-3J Area

Job Summary

Right At School is hiring a part-time Before and After School Site Program Manager for the 2026-2027 school year in the Weld County School District Re-3J. Starting wage is $25-27.50 per hour, depending on experience and education.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• One year of supervisory experience
• Verifiable education/experience required:
  • 4-year degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.)
  • 2-year degrees and 6 months (910 hours) of experience from age 18
  • 5,460 hours of experience (2-3 years) with 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children
• Able to work the split shift, Monday through Friday
• Experience working with children under 13 years of age is a plus
• One year of supervisory/management experience
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• LIVE Scan Fingerprint, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate/Cleared TB, CPR/FA

• Document attendance, incidents and other observations
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
• Communicate effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
• Meet regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
