About the role
Right At School is currently interviewing for several part-time positions within the Weld RE-8 School District for our upcoming school year. We are seeking candidates for the role of Before and After School Site Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Safety & Joy: Exhibits role model qualities, ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a team of staff members.
- Supports operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date.
- Outlines attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensures program tasks are completed effectively.
- Continual coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff to address any challenges or issues promptly, to maintain team cohesion, and productivity.
- Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks within the program environment.
- Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building.
- Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support the outlined program goals and assist in implementing changes or processes as guided.
- Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs. Ensure “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year of supervisory experience
- Verifiable education/experience REQUIRED:
- 4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.);
- OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18;
- OR 5, 460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children
- Able to work M-F split shift
