Program Manager

Program Manager: $20-$25 per hour (based on education and experience).

Schedule/Hours

Must be able to work Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (may vary slightly)

Location

Inside Mesquite area schools

Required

  • Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED.
  • One year of supervisor/management experience.
  • 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program.

Preferred

  • Proof of the previously listed qualifications in the job description (via transcript) and/or verifiable reference letters for viewing and verification during the interview process.

Experience

  • Working amongst competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or GED completed.
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
  • Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
  • Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
  • Modeling professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
  • Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, and FA/CPR certifications.
