Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observations. You will deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way. You will also model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be at least 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED, have one year of supervisor/management experience, and 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management. You must also have at least one year of experience working in a licensed program.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills, work well in a team environment, and be at least 21 years of age. They will also have at least one year of experience working with children 5-13 years of age in a formal group childcare setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $19-$23 per hour, based on education and experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is a before and after split shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am-8:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, and may vary slightly.
