Part-Time Bartender

About the role

As a Bartender, you will mix and serve drinks, handle food preparation related to bar service, and assist in creating menu items. You will greet guests, provide a genuine welcome, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining company policies and culture.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from patrons or staff.
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to standards.
• Serve snacks or food items, and assist with menu planning and bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Create attractive displays of bottles and glasses.
• Respond promptly to guest comments and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, verify customer age, and balance receipts.
• Manage alcohol service responsibly, including limiting excessive drinking and assisting intoxicated patrons.
• Order supplies, ask unruly customers to leave, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Good communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Thorough understanding of bar policies and customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly and perform additional duties as needed.
