Part-Time Bartender

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join a new location and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively, laid-back environment. Responsibilities include providing friendly, personable service, maintaining expert knowledge of the food and beverage program, and fostering memorable moments that inspire loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members regarding orders, beer changes, and beverage details
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock supplies, and handle cash transactions
• Operate and troubleshoot draft beer systems, change kegs, and ensure compliance with OLCC regulations
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment while delivering five-star service
• Share knowledge of menu items, events, and community involvement with guests

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years FOH hospitality or bar experience, with leadership preferred
• Experience making cocktails and serving beer
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with POS systems like Heartland, Toast, or Square
• OLCC and Food Handler’s certifications, with knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to work on your feet, lift heavy items, and adapt to loud, busy environments
