About the Role
Parky’s Bar and The BLVD are established neighborhood dive bars with a loyal customer base looking for dependable, outgoing bartenders to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Check identification and follow alcohol-service laws
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- RBS certification required
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability required
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Proactive about cleaning, stocking, and staying productive
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Pay
California minimum wage plus tips. Average earnings are approximately $25–$35 per hour, including tips.
Schedule
Part-time; nights, weekends, and holidays required.
