Part-time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach

Coaching Key Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coach in all aspects of basketball program, including game-day coaching, training, and recruiting.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the performance of student-athletes in specific basketball skills.
• Mentor and support student-athletes, fostering their growth and success in athletics and academics.
• Promote a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a player or coach in the sport of basketball preferred.
• Strong understanding of NAIA rules and regulations regarding recruiting and eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring student-athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
