About the role
The Resident Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining positive relationships between residents and the community management team. This role involves addressing resident concerns, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with community policies.
Responsibilities
- Addressing resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating maintenance requests and tracking their progress
- Ensuring all maintenance requests are completed within established deadlines
- Maintaining open communication channels with residents and management staff
- Assisting with community events and special projects as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
