Part Time Leasing Agent

About the role

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent to serve as the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents. You will play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office. With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for outstanding customer service, you will directly impact creating an excellent living experience.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments
• Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community
• Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects
• Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed; ability to write correspondence in a professional manner
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
• Weekend availability is required

Schedule

• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
